NMMS Attendance और Muster Roll — Online Check करें
MGNREGA में attendance 2 तरीकों से record होती है: Muster Roll (manual) और NMMS (digital).
Muster Roll:
- Worksite पर Mate (supervisor) manually भरता है
- 14 days का cycle — P (Present) या A (Absent) mark
- nrega.nic.in → R2 section में online verify
NMMS (National Mobile Monitoring System):
- 2021 में launch — smartphone-based real-time attendance
- Mate geo-tagged group photo upload करता है
- Morning upload 11 AM तक mandatory
- NMMS ज्यादा transparent और fraud-proof
Attendance Check Steps:
1. nrega.nic.in → Reports → State → GP select
2. R2 section → Muster Roll details
3. R6 section → Attendance reports
4. अपना card number से attendance verify करें
Accurate attendance = correct wages। Attendance में गड़बड़ दिखे तो Gram Panchayat/BDO office report करें।
